- We accept orders by e-mail or via our website. Making a purchase online is an easy 3 step process:

Step1: Have a browse through the online catalogue. Just click on any item you wish to buy, select the quantity that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.

Step2: When you have finished shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and fill in the necessary information to complete your order.

Step3: Place the order and waiting for the invoice.

1. Please do leave your valid Email adress and real telephone number, we can contact you at first time.

2. As soon as we receive your order we'll contact you to confirm it. If you don't see our confirmation e-mail, please check your spam filter.

3. Some products are stock of factory or from wholesale market here and may happen to out of stock when ordered, on this occation we will inform you the status and then either get you a replacement or money back. Products under Bulksale catagory are producted by factory after order confirmed, it takes 5-7 business days to finish the order as we have to abey factory's production plan. In case you need your order urgently, please send us a mail after making order, we will make it a urgent plus order, and try to finish it wihin 3 business days.

4.Ordering from bulk sale catagory,please wait for our invoice. Because items under bulk sale catagory are ordered and produced only after placing order, and we have to do freight manually because it is hard for factory to accurate each bag just our selling unit during production. Also we require a 30% deposit for bulksale order to avoid risk as we never hold stok of bulksale items.

5. Payment - We accept payment both via Paypal and bank transfer. For small orders we recommend paypal while bank transfer for bulk order.

   When you receive the invoice, you may login our site, enter My Account and click on the order ID of  the order waiting for 
   payment to enter the order detail page, then click the PayPal icon at the right top of the page. The site will direct you to 
   send the payment via PayPal.
   Or you may paypal to paypal@7flowerjewelry.com directly and remark your order ID. 

  We will have your order processed as soon as we get the payment.

6. About Bulk Sale: Items under bulk sale catagory are usually of cheap price but heavy weight. As 21kg is the discount freight line so please make a mix order of 21kg to make your buying from China more economic.
